• Supply Chain Management : through strong co-ordination with customers drilling department, we can proposed to manufacture OCTG strings according to adjusted need of the execution planning sequence. The optimisation of the process ordering, if linked to some item standardisation, can lead to extensive OCTG inventory reduction.
  
  
• Pipe yard Management : V&M is taking care of the pipe store location, storage condition, inventory management, preparation of joints to rigs according to customer requests, pipe returns. Cost of yard management is becoming variable, according to the drilling activity.
  
  
• Pipe and associated accessories management : in the scope of OCTG management can be associated the preparation of various equipments, of joints, reparation of returns, various preparation that may be required (Internal Oiling, EMI, cementing assemblies …).

These services are provided by our services engineers, who, due to their expertise in the tubular business, their knowledge of Oilfield applications, will improve drastically the management of company OCTG's.
