With over 10 production sites worldwide, including four steel mills, V & M secures complete control over the entire production process from steel making to shipment of the finished product, covering the full OCTG size range from 2 ^3/8" to 26". Available production capacity coupled with the competence of expert teams enable V & M TUBES to accommodate production of proprietary formulations as well as API grades, thus creating conditions of continuing performance improvement to the service of the customer. State of the art production and quality control is warranted with standardization to the Product Specification Level 2 ( PSL2 ) requirements in API 5CT on quenched and tempered grades.

Our ability to innovate for our customers arises from an active and comprehensive R&D policy combining plant-based staff in daily contact with production processes with support by the CEV Research Center in France. Overall more than one hundred engineers and technicians apply their expertise and skill in the core disciplines associated with the business of making tubes, such as metallurgy, surface chemistry, scientific calculations, CAD, finite element analysis and non-destructive testing.
